Luc arrived with us as a small puppy. Great fun to be with, he soon learned his craft and went off to his first show. A Best Puppy and PHG3, under a French judge, thrilled us. He continued to win well for several months with many Best Puppy awards at Champ Shows and several BP/BOB awards at Open Shows. Sadly, at the East of England show in July 2000, he was attacked by a loose Ridgeback and bitten across the back. After several months of treatment, he returned to the ring. Unfortunately, he never regained his confidence and is now only shown on rare occasions.

However, he is a proven stud dog and the only hound regularly allowed off the lead.

Without his charms and affectionate nature we would have never discovered that fauves are such super little hounds.

Luc sadly passed away from a heart tumour in March 2010.
